My experience buying two brand new waverunners at Deland Motorsports was very positive. The salesman was very friendly and not pushy at all. Definitely a HomeTown feel. Josh the other salesman also helped us with learning the new waverunners and was very friendly and nice. This is how a business should be ran. In my opinion it was like back in the day when people cared.

Excellent Service.I purchased a side by side and a off road bike from these guys. From sales, to financing to service, entire staff was great. They accommodated based on my needs and schedule and delivered the units right on time.I've had to go back to do some service with my unit and the service department has been more than effective. The guys are very accommodating and professional. They take their time to explain what needs to be done, every time I had a question or inquiry I would get an answer. Rhis was the first rime.I had ever considered purchasing PAC and had considered going with Seadoo originally. We decided to take a look at the Yamaha Wave runners and once we saw the ski and spent time talking to the knowledgeable staff at Deland Motorsports we were convinced the Waverunner Series was the way to go. Chase was a great salesperson to work with (as was everyone we interacted with that day) and never felt presurred into having to make a decision or purchase that we felt uncomfortable with. Who knows, there may be another ski purchase in our future and if so it will be through Deland Motorsports!

I purchased a 2107 KTM 350 SX-F today from Deland Motorsports. I haven't ridden in 5 years, so I was a little intimidated with all the new bikes and technology. You folks have been patient with me to no end. Several years, in fact. But you, and my DL650XT finally drew me in, and I am so happy with it, and you folks.. You will note that I gave the "accessories" portion of this survey less than a stellar level, but that is not the fault of your dealership, but of Suzuki corporation. When a new product is introduced, and accessories from previous years are known not to fit, that corporation should release everything at one time, and not willy-nilly.

We just bought our second Arctic Cat Wildcat from Deland Motorsports a couple weeks ago. Everyone there is a pleasure to deal with from the receptionist-Amanda, sales dep,-Brent, everyone in service/parts-Mark, Adam,Shelby and management. We would highly recommend this dealership for any of your powersport needs. They are very friendly and willing to go the extra step to help the customer.

I called to make sure that they had a tire for my bike,and when I arrived I showed them the screw in the front tire. I was told that they would take the screw out when they got the bike inside. This left me wide open for needing a tire. I was pleasantly surprised to hear that the screw was out and there was no leak. This just shows the level of honesty they have in their shop. I would highly recommend them to everyone!!!!

When Deland Motorsports became a KTM dealer they made it possible to purchase my dream bike from my favorite dealer. Once again they made the buying experience a pleasure. I went into Deland Motorsports on Labor Day weekend looking to burn some of my hard earned OT money on a nice new toy. Chase sat down with me and I told him I was looking for a side by side and was interested in the Arctic Cat Wildcat X. He showed me one of the "certified used ones" and also several of the new ones, after discussing the costs for the new vs the used it made much more sense to just spend the extra $1500 or so and get the newer one where I'd have been the first owner. We talked prices and they let me know what I'd be looking at so I left to go to my bank and move some money around and also to contemplate my decision (which nobody made me feel pressured to pull the trigger right then and there.) After mulling it over for an hour or so and waiting out a pretty rough rain storm I was actually on my way back to the dealership when they called me and asked me what my thoughts were but again weren't pushy in trying to get me back in just to make the sale. I informed the dealership that I was actually headed in when they called, once I arrived and they helped inform me on what loan would suit me best and working on the price slightly. We were able to strike the deal and from there on out it was a very easy pain free process! I would recommend Deland Motorsports to anyone I know based off of this one time experience that I had! Thanks again to everyone at Deland Motorsports who made my experience the best its possibly ever been at any dealership!!!

Last May my wife and I went to one of the events that was held to try jet skis. To b e honest, we were scared as heck, but the staff was super and making us relaxed. Stacy and Brent where super hence us buying our first Jet ski. Great people, would buy from them again in a heart beat.
