The 2026 KTM 450 SXF is KTMs flagship 450cc motocross machine, engineered for high performance and race-level competitiveness. It features a lightweight yet rigid steel frame designed to deliver precise handling and rider feedback. Power comes from a potent singlecylinder, liquidcooled 4stroke engine with modern electronics, including two selectable engine maps, launch control, and a quickshifter for clutchless upshifts.

Suspension is handled by WPs advanced front and rear systems: a 48mm air-assisted WP XACT AER fork up front, and a WP XACT monoshock in the rear, both fully adjustable for compression and rebound. The bike offers excellent ground clearance (343mm) and a high seat height (958mm) to allow aggressive cornering and obstacle clearance on rugged tracks. Ergonomics are refined with tight bodywork, optimized rider triangle, and effective airflow through the airbox to ensure cooling and throttle response remain sharp.

Serviceability and race readiness are also considered: the 2026 model benefits from easier-to-open radiator caps, improved wiring-harness routing for durability, and components that minimize maintenance time between races.
