TLDR; Trustworthy, competent, and caring dealership that offered 3 weeks of after-sales support. Staffed with powersports enthusiasts. Highly recommended. I can't say enough good things about my experience with this dealership. I purchased my bike through the internet sight unseen via wire transfer. Kaylee and Oliver made the process smooth with no pressure or sales gimmicks; making sure I got a good deal right from the start. The after sales support from this dealership was beyond all expectations. I ended up riding the bike back home across the country and couldn't believe the amount of support everyone freely offered to assist in this effort. In total, it was 3 weeks of after sales support to coordinate everything for the trip and all departments (sales, parts, service, Mike, Matt, Marisol, John, Ben, Justin, Tony, Josh, and many more that came out of the woodwork to help) in the dealership were involved at some point. To be honest, I've never experienced anything remotely close to this from a dealership. I found this dealership full of enthusiasts who enjoy the craft and will go to great efforts to ensure their customers receive the support they need to have a great experience with their purchase. Came in looking to find a new bike to add to my stable. Worked with Josh who was super friendly and knowledgeable on all the products he had, including his pre owned inventory. After a couple of demo rides I landed on a 2024 V Storm 800, John and Ben fought hard to get me the best deal possible and I left a happy customer. 5 stars would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a good bike, new or used.

had an amazing experience at DeLand Motorsports! This is hands down one of the best powersports dealerships in all of Central Florida. From the moment I walked in, the customer service was top-notch. The parts department is knowledgeable, professional, and always ready to help, and the sales team truly cares about finding the right fit for you. The store itself is huge, clean, and beautiful with an incredible selection. They have everything you could need in one place—motorcycles, ATVs, jet skis, side-by-sides, and even lawn mowers. It’s definitely worth the drive from Deltona, Orlando, Sanford, Daytona, and all surrounding cities. I totally recommend this place to anyone looking for quality products, great prices, and excellent service. The place is very nice the moment me and my son arrived on our motorcycle we were greeted by a couple of workers and they ask me if I was being help by someone in particular and I said a person name Jerald we were texting back and forth so they went inside and notified him that I was outside looking at the 2021 boulevard when came out he introduced himself ask me if I was Jose and responded yes Sr not Jr cause Jr was with me as a joke he started laughing that’s when I knew he had a since of humor he brought me inside offered me water and we began to talk about the boulevard gave me some good details and we began the paperwork then I had the pleasure of meeting everyone else. Great place great people felt like home. Thank you for taking the time and helping me out.

I recently purchased a new 450 from Deland Motorsports, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. I first connected with Oliver through a Facebook ad. He was straightforward, factual, and completely no-pressure, which I really appreciated while comparing five different dealers across North Florida and South Georgia. In the end, their price matched the lowest I found. After I told Oliver I was moving forward, Ben followed up early the next morning to coordinate everything before they even opened. At the dealership, he stepped in seamlessly and treated me like he’d been handling the deal the whole time — professional, helpful, and down to earth. Nick in finance clearly explained all options as required, but without any pressure. He paid attention to what mattered to me and focused on that. Even my brief interactions with parts and service made me feel welcome and supported. I’ll absolutely do business with them again — they’ll be my first call.

Do yourself a favor and go talk to Oliver. He is the only reason I even came back and completed my purchase. From start to finish, he was respectful, professional, and patient. He went through hoops to help me figure out what I wanted even when I wasn’t sure myself. He definitely went above and beyond, communicated clearly, and made sure to listen. My experience with management was a little disappointing. I did not feel acknowledged or valued as a customer. The manager John came across as uninterested unapproachable and difficult to work with which almost made me walk away for good altogether. The manager John the next day seemed to come around so no hard feelings, but if it wasn’t for Oliver they would have lost a deal and future deals. Oliver truly made the difference. He followed through on everything, never made me feel dismissed or pressured, and showed what real customer service and management should look like. Oliver is the reason I chose to do business with DeLand Motorsports & Outdoors. If you’re considering buying here, ask for Oliver, he’s gold and the reason I became a customer. Thank you so much to everyone I met along the way and during the tour you all were very helpful.

Two of the main reasons people do business with companies is they have trust in that company and that they are getting value for their bucks. Deland Motorsports is the model for those virtues. Looked patiently for nearly 6 months for the exact bike I wanted, low mileage (only 55 miles) Breakout in Baja Orange (only a few were produced for only the 2023 model year) for the right price and finally found it at DeLand. They must do quite a bit of internet sales as it all went smoothly. Everyone involved was very helpful and expertly prepped the bike for transport so that she started right up. They’ll be more than happy to know this bike is finally getting the use she deserves after sitting forlorn in garage queen purgatory. She’s over 8K miles and getting ready for the upcoming bike week rally season celebrations. Thank you DeLand! Highly Recommended!

Gee whiz: alright first off I called for pricing on oil change and a new chain to be put on my 2022 KTM 390 adventure. Zach called me back with a price. I contacted another location in Ocala. Well Zach said if we do a chain we have to do sprockets as well per the manufacture. I went with Zach and we ordered the parts. A week went by so I called to see if parts were in. Zach called said no but the next day Saturday he called and said everything is in. I asked for an appointment and he said be here at 9 am when we open Monday. Wow that is service folks. I came in dropped my bike and by 11:30 he called said it was ready. Zack truly I will deal with you in the future from now on. Here is the second part on Deland Motorsports. I told Zach I messed up one of the bolts on the bash plate and I replaced the ones I could with bolts with the same thread but 2 of the old ones I could not remove. David Thomas the tech did not complain about removing stripped screws. David you are amazing sir. You put in the same bolts I did and even added a couple I was missing. It is people like David and Zack that I will continue to do business with you guys. Who ever the owners are great job on finding people that care. Seriously, compensate your staff accordingly they truly care. If you want the job done right this is the place to come. Thank you very much Zack and David from the bottom Of my heart. John Young

We bought a Polaris SXS that we found listed by one of the sales employees on FB Marketplace. After we got it home, we brought it to our mechanic for a tune up and found some issues. We thought we were out the money and a safe Christmas gift for our boys but the GM called us back and made everything right. I bought an Arai helmet from them earlier this year at a very fair price. I installed a comm system and could never get the interior to fit quite right. Anyone who has tried to fit the pads in an Arai knows what a challenge it is. When I revisited the dealership on 10/18/25 I went to the parts counter looking for Pete who had made the original sale. Pete wasn't there but John O. was more than willing to help me during busy Biketoberfest. I really appreciate the excellent service I've received from Pete and John. Thanks guys!

1) I've had the experience of selling a motorcycle to this dealership. That all went well and smoothly overall. 2) I've dealt with the service department for a Kawasaki Concours - thorough work and some advice on an item I could do myself to save some money and time. 3) I just bought a GSXS-1000 GT+. The price was fair and the motorcycle was delivered without me having to do any adjustments when I got home - eg chain was adjusted properly, etc. My experience from buying a number of motorcycles over the years is something is overlooked in most cases - throttle adjustment, antifreeze level. This dealership - no problem. The salesman #Paul was great to deal with. Not like dealing with your typical salesman. I wanted the GSXS, but had other priorities before I could get back to him about finally purchasing the bike. No pressure and he dealt with me when I finally had the time. And they dealt with my trade well also. Good experiences dealing with Deland Motorsports.

I would give him a 10 out of the ratings, Ben who was the manager was very kind and friendly and worked with us to get us into our 2025 yamaha wave runnerI can’t say enough about how kind and professional all of them where they took time they answered questions. I would recommend anyone going there. That’s interested in buying any kind of motor sports. We had looked around for quite a while and found the land motorsports to be a wonderful place to visit in a great experience. They are very knowledgeable there as well.

Two weeks ago yesterday, I purchased a 2022 Kymco 125 Agility scooter from Deland Motorsports. From start to finish, from my initial request for information regarding the scooter to the time it was delivered, everyone I dealt with was extremely professional, courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable. Any and all questions I had were promptly and accurately answered- before, during, and after the sale. I never felt pressured to buy and was treated with respect throughout the entire process. I cannot stress highly enough how positive this experience was on all levels. I highly recommend Deland Motorsports for your next scooter, motorcycle, or recreational vehicle purchase. They are good people selling quality products. Regarding the scooter itself, I should preface this by stating that I have been riding for decades and have owned vintage scooters, Vespas, Hondas, Piaggios, Genuine, and other brands. This scooter is, by far, the best handling, easiest to maneuver scooter I have owned. I would note that the scooter was essentially new (160 miles on the odometer) when I bought it, so it is still in the breaking in phase and I have not fully explored its capabilities. But, it is extremely responsive and I have no doubt it will prove more than capable in all types of urban riding. I also took my wife on a long ride yesterday and it easily handled two riders. I have put over 200 miles on the scooter to this point and it has behaved flawlessly. I have no doubt that it will prove to be the “workhorse” the folks at Deland Motorsports said was the trademark of Kymco products. I highly recommend Deland Motorsports and Kymco products. TLDR; Trustworthy, competent, and caring dealership that offered 3 weeks of after-sales support. Staffed with powersports enthusiasts. Highly recommended. I can't say enough good things about my experience with this dealership. I purchased my bike through the internet sight unseen via wire transfer. Kaylee and Oliver made the process smooth with no pressure or sales gimmicks; making sure I got a good deal right from the start. The after sales support from this dealership was beyond all expectations. I ended up riding the bike back home across the country and couldn't believe the amount of support everyone freely offered to assist in this effort. In total, it was 3 weeks of after sales support to coordinate everything for the trip and all departments (sales, parts, service, Mike, Matt, Marisol, John, Ben, Justin, Tony, Josh, and many more that came out of the woodwork to help) in the dealership were involved at some point. To be honest, I've never experienced anything remotely close to this from a dealership. Do yourself a favor and go talk to Oliver. He is the only reason I even came back and completed my purchase. From start to finish, he was respectful, professional, and patient. He went through hoops to help me figure out what I wanted even when I wasn’t sure myself. He definitely went above and beyond, communicated clearly, and made sure to listen. My experience with management was a little disappointing. I did not feel acknowledged or valued as a customer. The manager John came across as uninterested unapproachable and difficult to work with which almost made me walk away for good altogether. The manager John the next day seemed to come around so no hard feelings, but if it wasn’t for Oliver they would have lost a deal and future deals. Oliver truly made the difference. He followed through on everything, never made me feel dismissed or pressured, and showed what real customer service and management should look like. Oliver is the reason I chose to do business with DeLand Motorsports & Outdoors. If you’re considering buying here, ask for Oliver, he’s gold and the reason I became a customer. Looked patiently for nearly 6 months for the exact bike I wanted, low mileage (only 55 miles) Breakout in Baja Orange (only a few were produced for only the 2023 model year) for the right price and finally found it at DeLand. They must do quite a bit of internet sales as it all went smoothly. Everyone involved was very helpful and expertly prepped the bike for transport so that she started right up. They’ll be more than happy to know this bike is finally getting the use she deserves after sitting forlorn in garage queen purgatory. Gee whiz: alright first off I called for pricing on oil change and a new chain to be put on my 2022 KTM 390 adventure. Zach called me back with a price. I contacted another location in Ocala. Well Zach said if we do a chain we have to do sprockets as well per the manufacture. I went with Zach and we ordered the parts. A week went by so I called to see if parts were in. Zach called said no but the next day Saturday he called and said everything is in. I asked for an appointment and he said be here at 9 am when we open Monday. Wow that is service folks. I came in dropped my bike and by 11:30 he called said it was ready. Zack truly I will deal with you in the future from now on. Here is the second part on Deland Motorsports. I told Zach I messed up one of the bolts on the bash plate and I replaced the ones I could with bolts with the same thread but 2 of the old ones I could not remove. David Thomas the tech did not complain about removing stripped screws. David you are amazing sir. You put in the same bolts I did and even added a couple I was missing. It is people like David and Zack that I will continue to do business with you guys. Who ever the owners are great job on finding people that care. Seriously, compensate your staff accordingly they truly care. If you want the job done right this is the place to come. Thank you very much Zack and David from the bottom Of my heart. John Young

I bought an Arai helmet from them earlier this year at a very fair price. I installed a comm system and could never get the interior to fit quite right. Anyone who has tried to fit the pads in an Arai knows what a challenge it is. When I revisited the dealership on 10/18/25 I went to the parts counter looking for Pete who had made the original sale. 1) I've had the experience of selling a motorcycle to this dealership. That all went well and smoothly overall. 2) I've dealt with the service department for a Kawasaki Concours - thorough work and some advice on an item I could do myself to save some money and time. 3) I just bought a GSXS-1000 GT+. The price was fair and the motorcycle was delivered without me having to do any adjustments when I got home - eg chain was adjusted properly, etc. My experience from buying a number of motorcycles over the years is something is overlooked in most cases - throttle adjustment, antifreeze level. This dealership - no problem. The salesman #Paul was great to deal with. Not like dealing with your typical salesman. I wanted the GSXS, but had other priorities before I could get back to him about finally purchasing the bike. No pressure and he dealt with me when I finally had the time. And they dealt with my trade well also. Good experiences dealing with Deland Motorsports.

Regarding the scooter itself, I should preface this by stating that I have been riding for decades and have owned vintage scooters, Vespas, Hondas, Piaggios, Genuine, and other brands. This scooter is, by far, the best handling, easiest to maneuver scooter I have owned. I would note that the scooter was essentially new (160 miles on the odometer) when I bought it, so it is still in the breaking in phase and I have not fully explored its capabilities. But, it is extremely responsive and I have no doubt it will prove more than capable in all types of urban riding. I also took my wife on a long ride yesterday and it easily handled two riders. I have put over 200 miles on the scooter to this point and it has behaved flawlessly. I have no doubt that it will prove to be the “workhorse” the folks at Deland Motorsports said was the trademark of Kymco products. I highly recommend Deland Motorsports and Kymco products. WOW! As soon as you walk into the showroom its bright and new with lots to look at. Tons of inventory and everything you could need. Kaylee was great and helped answer all my questions before I came in and after I got into the store the other staff was friendly and knowledgeable as well. Highly recommend to all my friends and family.

These guys rocked! Did most of the leg work via text, phone and email and once there the delivery went very quick and smooth. It was late and busy but still they greeted, treated me with a smile and very pleasantly. Even helped me load my new KTM 690 enduro r. When I’m in the market for my next bike I will contact them and not bother with anyone else. Oh and they got me a smoking deal both on the bike and finance rate! Thanks again Josh and Nick! Highly recommend these two and this place!
