Mark in service is the man. Service department is very talented and quick.

I traded in my husky 701 in for a KTM 690 SMC R last April. My mechanic had a friend that worked there I never dealt with them before. Not too long after the salesman moved on to a different dealer. The old manager never gave me any sort of attention or replied to my emails. I had a problem with my 690 and I just had to give them one more chance and I’m glad that I did because they have a new manager. If you had any bad experiences with them in the past, give them another chance they’re really top-notch now! They went above and beyond trying to troubleshoot my problem with my bike overheating. Ben the manager kept in touch with me and oversaw the repair and was always quick to get back to me. Mark from the beginning to the end was nice, professional, and easy to talk to and got stuff done. Mark, the service manager was great at everything! So if you remember nothing about this review, just remember they’re a great dealer and they’ll give you the attention that you deserve! I reached out to them at lunchtime on Friday about a Super Duke GT on their website. Katie called me quickly. I ended up working with her and Jon. By 5:00, I had given them all the info and pics on the Super Adventure I wanted to trade, and we had agreed on an out the door price, with trade-in, for the GT with the Tech pack installed. Saturday morning, I drove the 6 hours to get there from Columbia, South Carolina, with my trade in the back of my truck. At 5:00 Saturday afternoon, I drove away with my new bike. They were all great to work with and they did the deal exactly as stated over the phone and text messaging. No shenanigans with the value of my trade-in after they saw it in person. No funny business of any kind. They were straight up and open about everything, and gave me a good price for my trade. Very happy! Thanks again, Katie, Jon, and (I'm terrible with names!), Lorenzo, Bryce, Mark, and Nick(?)! The bike is awesome and you were all great to deal with!

The financial advisor, Nick, could not be more pleasing throughout the paperwork process and details. Also, Mark from service desk and Pete from parts, were helpful and provided great feedback to facilitate future needs. The mechanic, sorry I didn’t get your name, was very thorough and attentive to detail with my husband, Howard, when going over the maintenance and specifications of the PWC.
