I went into Deland Motorsports to receive some information and pricing on the new wave runners. JD was the salesman helping me out, he explained every option available on a few different skis. Very informative. After an hour or so of questions and answers, I was buying a new ski. I couldn’t be happier about the knowledge JD had about the skis. I found the love of my life @ DeLand Motorsports. The Kawasaki Z650RS 50th Anniversary edition. As soon as I saw it I knew I had to get it! Katie and Kaylee were very helpful and courteous. Even though this was a cash-buy, Nick explained the financial process and made it clear to understand. The entire DeLand Motorsports team were absolutely amazing. I felt so at ease and welcomed that I would definitely recommend doing business with them.

Hey I was looking for a jet ski that I was searching for a couple weeks. I saw one that I liked at Deland Motorsports. I requested more info by email. The same day Katie McCaw got back to me. I submitted a offer and right away Ben Fontaine sales manager got involved trying to help me out with the figures. They gave me a good deal but still it was a little out of my budget so I went to the store the next day to see what they could do for me. Ben again squeezed those figures to try to make it happen and still it was a little out of my budget and then the missing piece of the puzzle came out. It was Jon Lemlin who got on the computer and he made that deal happen. Great people great crew. I highly recommend them. They work as a team. I couldn’t ask for something better. I traded in my husky 701 in for a KTM 690 SMC R last April. My mechanic had a friend that worked there I never dealt with them before. Not too long after the salesman moved on to a different dealer. The old manager never gave me any sort of attention or replied to my emails. I had a problem with my 690 and I just had to give them one more chance and I’m glad that I did because they have a new manager. If you had any bad experiences with them in the past, give them another chance they’re really top-notch now! They went above and beyond trying to troubleshoot my problem with my bike overheating. Ben the manager kept in touch with me and oversaw the repair and was always quick to get back to me. Mark from the beginning to the end was nice, professional, and easy to talk to and got stuff done. Mark, the service manager was great at everything! So if you remember nothing about this review, just remember they’re a great dealer and they’ll give you the attention that you deserve! BRAAP BRAAP MF !!!

Got to visit Deland Motorsports & Outdoors this past weekend. We were greeted by Katie, from the sales dept. as soon as we walked in, she was super friendly and welcoming. I reached out to them at lunchtime on Friday about a Super Duke GT on their website. Katie called me quickly. I ended up working with her and Jon. By 5:00, I had given them all the info and pics on the Super Adventure I wanted to trade, and we had agreed on an out the door price, with trade-in, for the GT with the Tech pack installed. Saturday morning, I drove the 6 hours to get there from Columbia, South Carolina, with my trade in the back of my truck. At 5:00 Saturday afternoon, I drove away with my new bike. They were all great to work with and they did the deal exactly as stated over the phone and text messaging. No shenanigans with the value of my trade-in after they saw it in person. No funny business of any kind. They were straight up and open about everything, and gave me a good price for my trade. Very happy! Thanks again, Katie, Jon, and (I'm terrible with names!), Lorenzo, Bryce, Mark, and Nick(?)! The bike is awesome and you were all great to deal with!

I had a great experience at DeLand Motorsports! JD was great! He showed me several bikes I was interested in, answered all my questions, went on a test ride with me, and gave us space to talk about the purchase and make a decision without feeling like we were pressured. We were under a time crunch and everyone respected that - arranging to finish up the paperwork & purchase process by phone & text, and then deliver the bike to me. I have felt valued as a customer - before, during, and after the sale. Everyone (JD, Ben, Nick, Ryan) has been friendly and upfront - providing the information I needed without being pushy, and never making things feel rushed. Even Ryan, who delivered the bike, spent time showing me how to strap a bike safely. Many guys would have been in a hurry to drop off their delivery and rush on to something else. I highly recommend DeLand Motorsports if you're looking for any outdoor equipment! 7/8 Update: The motorcycle only had one key when it was delivered to me. I asked JD about it and he looked to see if a spare was at the dealership, but it was not. Several months later, he called to say that the rep had come by the dealership & had the spare, and that he was sending it to me. This is another example of the great customer service that DeLand Motorsports offers. It would have been easy to have written that off. (I would have never known that the spare had shown up.) But JD remembered and took the time to ensure that I got it. What great "after sales care"!! This is a five-star dealership!

I was trying to buy a new KTM 790 adventure from my local dealer here in Jacksonville and couldn't reach an acceptable price with them. I started shopping around, called these folks up and worked out the deal I wanted right over the phone, no headaches. JD and the whole team helping out were super easy to work with. I try to buy locally when I can, but it's worth shopping around, I ended up saving nearly 2k from my local dealer trying to rip me off.

One thing I really appreciated about DeLand Motorsports was their transparency. Their pricing was available online, and when I got to the dealership, everything matched exactly as discussed—no surprises or hidden fees. While they weren’t the absolute lowest price, their pricing was still more than fair and gave me no reason to go anywhere else. What ultimately earned my business wasn’t just the numbers—it was the people. Oliver was outstanding from start to finish. He understood this was a big purchase for me and never made me feel pressured. He was genuine, answered my questions over several conversations, and worked through every detail with me before I ever had to come into the dealership. That level of honesty and communication made all the difference. I also didn’t have a trailer yet. Even though they had trailers available, I explained that I wanted to find a used one to save some money. There was never any pressure to buy one from them. Instead, they offered to hold my jet ski at the dealership until I found a trailer. That alone showed me they genuinely cared more about earning my trust than making another sale. A big thank you to Jon, the manager, for introducing himself, making sure everything Oliver and I discussed was accurate, and ensuring I was completely comfortable moving forward with my purchase. They even stayed open more than an hour after closing so I could make it there after work. Customer service like this is hard to find. July 2026, update for my previous reviews. I brought my ATV in for service. I love how Zach under promises and then over delivers every time! Zach had it ready a lot faster than he said he probably could and of course it ran smooth as soon as I got it. This is why we keep buying outdoor products from DeLand Motorsports and wouldn't go any place else. Update from our earlier review, (see below). I brought our four wheeler in for service and Blake was terrific! He helped me decide exactly what I needed to have done. Blake gave me a quote and when I came back to pick it up, it was just what he said it would be. And it was completed earlier then promised too! As I was heading out I noticed a side-by-side that was just exactly what we’ve been needing for the farm. I stepped inside and spoke with Josh. He was very helpful explaining the difference between it and other models, and what it was capable of versus the others. Ben also helped fill in some information and I was sold. They gave me a great deal on a Kimco side-by-side and didn’t try to pressure me into buying things I didn’t need. Once again, great service, great sales, and they treated me right. Josh even put on a new hitch for me at no charge! This is why we keep coming back to DeLand Motorsports! Previous review: We just made our second purchase from DeLand Motorsports and we could not have been treated any better than we were. We were looking to trade in our older Yamaha 4-wheeler on a new one, but since they carry Suzuki and we’d had such a pleasant experience with them when we purchased our Wave Runner (Ben was our salesman and he was great!) we did our research on line to see what they had. I called DeLand Motorsports and was put in touch with Pine. He is a new salesman there but really knew what he was talking about and helped me make the right decision between models and even offered a couple of options on others. We ended up purchasing a Suzuki King Quad and are really pleased with it. From the time I first called, through the entire purchase, the staff was great. When I came down with our trade in, Pine met me at the door, got the staff to look at my trade, got the paperwork done and then Brent in Finance took several minutes to explain the options they offered for additional coverage, giving me enough time to consider what we really needed. Everyone in the place treated me with respect and made the experience easy. Their motto is “Visit DeLand Motorsports today and see how we treat customers like family.” I have to say that is exactly what they do, from Amanda the receptionist to Pine and Ben the salesmen to Brent in Finance, to Mark in service, they are just a great group of people; honest, fair and pleasant to work with. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Selling my husband’s motorcycles after his death… an emotionally difficult time. These guys are great. I'm the kind of psychopath that sees a picture of a bike on the internet and has to have it. I bought a bike from these guys sight unseen, they were very honest in their description, took a video as I requested, and were very open to negotiating a fair deal with me. Worked with Oliver and had a great experience. I've been riding for 20 years and have dealt with many salespeople. I'm usually on the offensive, because most I've dealt with definitely weren't looking out for me, but I really enjoyed the entire experience with Oliver. He listened to my concerns and was very knowledgeable. We worked a deal that I was very satisfied with. I had to travel 3 hours to go here because they were the closest dealer I could find with this bike in white. They really hooked me up with some promo credits and I felt the drive was well worth it. The entire staff here are incredibly helpful and kind! They’re extremely knowledgeable about everything motorsports related! The service department is extremely responsive and great! I thought I had an issue after a service and they were instantly ready to replace the parts even though it was a misunderstanding on my part! I started looking for a CFMOTO Highland XL. There were several dealerships within 15 to 20 minutes from my location. I stumbled across the Land motorsports on the Internet and Boy am I sure glad I did Josh my Sales Guy was amazing and very informative about the unit I was purchasing and Kyle in parts was just as good very knowledgeable and made great suggestions for add-ons to make my new unit stand out from the rest. TLDR; Trustworthy, competent, and caring dealership that offered 3 weeks of after-sales support. Staffed with powersports enthusiasts. Highly recommended. I can't say enough good things about my experience with this dealership. I purchased my bike through the internet sight unseen via wire transfer. Kaylee and Oliver made the process smooth with no pressure or sales gimmicks; making sure I got a good deal right from the start. The after sales support from this dealership was beyond all expectations. I ended up riding the bike back home across the country and couldn't believe the amount of support everyone freely offered to assist in this effort. In total, it was 3 weeks of after sales support to coordinate everything for the trip and all departments (sales, parts, service, Mike, Matt, Marisol, John, Ben, Justin, Tony, Josh, and many more that came out of the woodwork to help) in the dealership were involved at some point. To be honest, I've never experienced anything remotely close to this from a dealership. I found this dealership full of enthusiasts who enjoy the craft and will go to great efforts to ensure their customers receive the support they need to have a great experience with their purchase. Do yourself a favor and go talk to Oliver. He is the only reason I even came back and completed my purchase. From start to finish, he was respectful, professional, and patient. He went through hoops to help me figure out what I wanted even when I wasn’t sure myself. He definitely went above and beyond, communicated clearly, and made sure to listen. My experience with management was a little disappointing. I did not feel acknowledged or valued as a customer. The manager John came across as uninterested unapproachable and difficult to work with which almost made me walk away for good altogether. The manager John the next day seemed to come around so no hard feelings, but if it wasn’t for Oliver they would have lost a deal and future deals. Oliver truly made the difference. He followed through on everything, never made me feel dismissed or pressured, and showed what real customer service and management should look like. Looked patiently for nearly 6 months for the exact bike I wanted, low mileage (only 55 miles) Breakout in Baja Orange (only a few were produced for only the 2023 model year) for the right price and finally found it at DeLand. They must do quite a bit of internet sales as it all went smoothly. Everyone involved was very helpful and expertly prepped the bike for transport so that she started right up. They’ll be more than happy to know this bike is finally getting the use she deserves after sitting forlorn in garage queen purgatory.
