I came from Broward to get a bike a 2024Suzuki GSXR 1000R. 2k cheaper than Broward Motorsports. These guys are the BEST!! Totally worth the drive. Staff very knowledgeable. They have. Life long customer now.

Went in to get a tire mounted. You do have to purchase the tire there but free installation with purchase. Everyone was so helpful. Walked in and got the tire put on same day. Had to wait only about 1.5-2 hours but worth it especially on a Saturday. Devin the mechanic was very helpful and went above and beyond. Even tightened up my mirrors for me.

My son and I were looking for a couple of pitbikes and we stopped by Deland Motorsports. The shop has a great selection of toys and gear. We ended up buying our bikes elsewhere but we came back for gear and Nick and JJ hooked us up. Even though we didn’t buy our bikes from them, they still treated us great. When we are ready to buy more toys; we will definitely be coming back.

My husband and I bought two waverunners from DeLand Motorsports. They exceeded our expectations. The salesman JD was knowledgeable, friendly and worked quickly with the manager John to work us a deal without all the back and forth. The manager John was amazing as well. JJ in the parts department worked to get all our accessories at price we thought was fair and had everything ready to go when we picked up our ski’s. We will be purchasing all of our toys here in the future. Thank you guys!!

I bought my 390 Duke about 2 months ago. I walked in and Nick greeted us like he new us. I bought the bike from him not even an hour later. Awesome customer service and also understanding the byer. I took my bike in for service and the whole team did an awesome job. The service manager Joe makes you feel at right at home. Zac, who was right there from the beginning was a professional. Hospitality and customer service perfected. I've been a GM for Hilton and Marriott, I started from the ground up and i know great customer service when I see it. I highly recommend you by your motorcycle, jet ski, dirt bike or whatever you need from this store. I'm going back in a few months to upgrade. I want to thank all the staff there. I recently purchased a Honda Grom from Deland Powersports with the help of JD and I couldn't be happier with my experience! The staff was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, JD specifically! The purchasing process was smooth and efficient, and I felt confident in my decision thanks to their expertise. As for the Honda Grom itself, I absolutely love it! It's the perfect combination of fun and practicality, making it a joy to ride around town. I've already put several miles on it and every ride is a blast. I was very pleased with the service that was performed on my 2005 VStrom at Deland Motorsports. I haven't had a lot of full services done on my vehicle's and had every little thing taken care of. I was surprised that no items were missed in the service. Right down to the cleaning and adjusting of my chain which I have never had a service department take the time to perform before. if they take the time to do simple things like that, I know I can trust them with all of the other jobs. They have an excellent service department and excellent technicians as far as I am concerned. It was great that the technician (David) took the time to talk to me and explain what he performed, and what he found during the servicing. I am grateful. The bike is running smashing!

This was without a doubt the best dealership experience I've ever had. I was interested in the KTM SuperDukes for the last year or so and finally decided this summer I would purchase either a 1290 SDR or a 890 Duke by year's end, but would likely wait for the 2024s. While doing regular research and comparison shopping I had noticed a substantial end of model year sale from DMS that definitely had my interest. I contacted via chat bot and email about it first as I literally live two+ hours away and had no interest in traveling all that way to get some surprise inflated number once I got there. This is where immediately I knew this was likely to work out. I spoke multiple times via email with the Internet sales via Kaylee who was friendly and very accommodating. Explaining my location and need for some hard numbers before committing to the drive she was able to explain what costs I could expect and get me a solid number to expect before the trip. This alone is a stand-up move. SO many dealerships won't even consider talking numbers without being in person to flush out tire kickers it was refreshing to have someone take you seriously on your word. I'm very easily put off, something as simple as refusing to commit anything without being there is enough to make me just go to another shop. So with good info in hand I trekked out on the ~150 mile drive, arriving about 75 minutes before closing. I was quickly greeted by two friendly salesmen who introduced me to Kaylee who then handed me off to salesmen Austin. Austin was very friendly and attentive and not pushy at all. He answered questions I had honestly and if he wasn't sure of the answer he let me know instead of freestyling which was comforting too. At no point was he distracted by literally anything, never looked at his phone or did anything but work my deal and engage in conversation with interest. Austin is awesome. Deciding on the SuperDuke as expected and looking over the numbers, everything matched what Kaylee had proposed, fees to be expected were there and ones that were waived were waived as implied. Financing was a breeze and I was able to get a rate I liked with a local lender I'd dealt with before. They were able to fine tune my loan to where I wanted to be even if it took a few different tweaks. The finance officer whose name sadly escapes me was also incredibly friendly and relaxed, never pressuring me at all. Both he and Austin did not even flinch at staying a good 30-45 minutes after close to make it happen. I drove my car home so that the next day they could upgrade my tech pack with all the software goodies KTM had to offer. A day later my bike is delivered to me... 150 miles away! Ryan brought the bike and was friendly as I've come to expect from everyone associated with DMS. He kept me up to date on his departure time and when nearing arrival. Once he made it to my work he unloaded and showed me around the bike, he didn't at all seem like he'd just been in a car for two hours and it was basically quitting time and hours from home. You'd think he just showed up to work fresh from the weekend, super cheery and talkative, a great employee again. At this point, while I don't see another new bike in my immediate future of course, I can't imagine going anywhere else. The motorcycle dealers around me (at least of the types of bikes in interested in) are just so generally unpleasant I kind of forgot there are still great people out there, just sometimes you have to search them out a bit. Thanks so much to everyone involved.

Update from our earlier review, (see below). I brought our four wheeler in for service and Blake was terrific! He helped me decide exactly what I needed to have done. Blake gave me a quote and when I came back to pick it up, it was just what he said it would be. And it was completed earlier then promised too! As I was heading out I noticed a side-by-side that was just exactly what we’ve been needing for the farm. I stepped inside and spoke with Josh. He was very helpful explaining the difference between it and other models, and what it was capable of versus the others. Ben also helped fill in some information and I was sold. They gave me a great deal on a Kimco side-by-side and didn’t try to pressure me into buying things I didn’t need. Once again, great service, great sales, and they treated me right. Josh even put on a new hitch for me at no charge! This is why we keep coming back to DeLand Motorsports! Previous review: We just made our second purchase from DeLand Motorsports and we could not have been treated any better than we were. We were looking to trade in our older Yamaha 4-wheeler on a new one, but since they carry Suzuki and we’d had such a pleasant experience with them when we purchased our Wave Runner (Ben was our salesman and he was great!) we did our research on line to see what they had. I called DeLand Motorsports and was put in touch with Pine. He is a new salesman there but really knew what he was talking about and helped me make the right decision between models and even offered a couple of options on others. We ended up purchasing a Suzuki King Quad and are really pleased with it. From the time I first called, through the entire purchase, the staff was great. When I came down with our trade in, Pine met me at the door, got the staff to look at my trade, got the paperwork done and then Brent in Finance took several minutes to explain the options they offered for additional coverage, giving me enough time to consider what we really needed. Everyone in the place treated me with respect and made the experience easy. Their motto is “Visit DeLand Motorsports today and see how we treat customers like family.” I have to say that is exactly what they do, from Amanda the receptionist to Pine and Ben the salesmen to Brent in Finance, to Mark in service, they are just a great group of people; honest, fair and pleasant to work with. I can't recommend them highly enough.

I would give Emery and Dave in service a million stars if I could. They were generous, helpful, and all around amazing from start to finish. I know nothing about my sons mini bike and they explained everything and was so patient with me. I trust them so much with fixing ANYTHING for any of my sons “big boy toys” and that says a lot because that’s trusting my sons life in their hands. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Buying my first jet ski was a big commitment, so I spent a lot of time comparing dealerships and pricing before making my decision. One thing I really appreciated about DeLand Motorsports was their transparency. Their pricing was available online, and when I got to the dealership, everything matched exactly as discussed—no surprises or hidden fees. While they weren’t the absolute lowest price, their pricing was still more than fair and gave me no reason to go anywhere else. What ultimately earned my business wasn’t just the numbers—it was the people. Oliver was outstanding from start to finish. He understood this was a big purchase for me and never made me feel pressured. He was genuine, answered my questions over several conversations, and worked through every detail with me before I ever had to come into the dealership. That level of honesty and communication made all the difference. I also didn’t have a trailer yet. Even though they had trailers available, I explained that I wanted to find a used one to save some money. There was never any pressure to buy one from them. Instead, they offered to hold my jet ski at the dealership until I found a trailer. That alone showed me they genuinely cared more about earning my trust than making another sale. A big thank you to Jon, the manager, for introducing himself, making sure everything Oliver and I discussed was accurate, and ensuring I was completely comfortable moving forward with my purchase. They even stayed open more than an hour after closing so I could make it there after work. Customer service like this is hard to find. Zach had it ready a lot faster than he said he probably could and of course it ran smooth as soon as I got it. They gave me a great deal on a Kimco side-by-side and didn’t try to pressure me into buying things I didn’t need. Once again, great service, great sales, and they treated me right. Josh even put on a new hitch for me at no charge! This is why we keep coming back to DeLand Motorsports! Previous review: We just made our second purchase from DeLand Motorsports and we could not have been treated any better than we were. We were looking to trade in our older Yamaha 4-wheeler on a new one, but since they carry Suzuki and we’d had such a pleasant experience with them when we purchased our Wave Runner (Ben was our salesman and he was great!) we did our research on line to see what they had. I called DeLand Motorsports and was put in touch with Pine. He is a new salesman there but really knew what he was talking about and helped me make the right decision between models and even offered a couple of options on others. We ended up purchasing a Suzuki King Quad and are really pleased with it. From the time I first called, through the entire purchase, the staff was great. When I came down with our trade in, Pine met me at the door, got the staff to look at my trade, got the paperwork done and then Brent in Finance took several minutes to explain the options they offered for additional coverage, giving me enough time to consider what we really needed. Everyone in the place treated me with respect and made the experience easy. Their motto is “Visit DeLand Motorsports today and see how we treat customers like family.” I have to say that is exactly what they do, from Amanda the receptionist to Pine and Ben the salesmen to Brent in Finance, to Mark in service, they are just a great group of people; honest, fair and pleasant to work with. I can't recommend them highly enough.

I'm usually on the offensive, because most I've dealt with definitely weren't looking out for me, but I really enjoyed the entire experience with Oliver. I started looking for a CFMOTO Highland XL. There were several dealerships within 15 to 20 minutes from my location. I stumbled across the Land motorsports on the Internet and Boy am I sure glad I did Josh my Sales Guy was amazing and very informative about the unit I was purchasing and Kyle in parts was just as good very knowledgeable and made great suggestions for add-ons to make my new unit stand out from the rest. TLDR; Trustworthy, competent, and caring dealership that offered 3 weeks of after-sales support. Staffed with powersports enthusiasts. Highly recommended. I can't say enough good things about my experience with this dealership. I purchased my bike through the internet sight unseen via wire transfer. Kaylee and Oliver made the process smooth with no pressure or sales gimmicks; making sure I got a good deal right from the start. The after sales support from this dealership was beyond all expectations. I ended up riding the bike back home across the country and couldn't believe the amount of support everyone freely offered to assist in this effort. In total, it was 3 weeks of after sales support to coordinate everything for the trip and all departments (sales, parts, service, Mike, Matt, Marisol, John, Ben, Justin, Tony, Josh, and many more that came out of the woodwork to help) in the dealership were involved at some point. To be honest, I've never experienced anything remotely close to this from a dealership. I found this dealership full of enthusiasts who enjoy the craft and will go to great efforts to ensure their customers receive the support they need to have a great experience with their purchase. Do yourself a favor and go talk to Oliver. He is the only reason I even came back and completed my purchase. From start to finish, he was respectful, professional, and patient. He went through hoops to help me figure out what I wanted even when I wasn’t sure myself. He definitely went above and beyond, communicated clearly, and made sure to listen. My experience with management was a little disappointing. I did not feel acknowledged or valued as a customer. The manager John came across as uninterested unapproachable and difficult to work with which almost made me walk away for good altogether. The manager John the next day seemed to come around so no hard feelings, but if it wasn’t for Oliver they would have lost a deal and future deals. Oliver truly made the difference. Looked patiently for nearly 6 months for the exact bike I wanted, low mileage (only 55 miles) Breakout in Baja Orange (only a few were produced for only the 2023 model year) for the right price and finally found it at DeLand.
