TLDR; Trustworthy, competent, and caring dealership that offered 3 weeks of after-sales support. Staffed with powersports enthusiasts. Highly recommended. I can't say enough good things about my experience with this dealership. I purchased my bike through the internet sight unseen via wire transfer. Kaylee and Oliver made the process smooth with no pressure or sales gimmicks; making sure I got a good deal right from the start. The after sales support from this dealership was beyond all expectations. I ended up riding the bike back home across the country and couldn't believe the amount of support everyone freely offered to assist in this effort. In total, it was 3 weeks of after sales support to coordinate everything for the trip and all departments (sales, parts, service, Mike, Matt, Marisol, John, Ben, Justin, Tony, Josh, and many more that came out of the woodwork to help) in the dealership were involved at some point. To be honest, I've never experienced anything remotely close to this from a dealership. I found this dealership full of enthusiasts who enjoy the craft and will go to great efforts to ensure their customers receive the support they need to have a great experience with their purchase. Came in looking to find a new bike to add to my stable. Worked with Josh who was super friendly and knowledgeable on all the products he had, including his pre owned inventory. had an amazing experience at DeLand Motorsports! This is hands down one of the best powersports dealerships in all of Central Florida. From the moment I walked in, the customer service was top-notch. The parts department is knowledgeable, professional, and always ready to help, and the sales team truly cares about finding the right fit for you. The store itself is huge, clean, and beautiful with an incredible selection. They have everything you could need in one place—motorcycles, ATVs, jet skis, side-by-sides, and even lawn mowers. It’s definitely worth the drive from Deltona, Orlando, Sanford, Daytona, and all surrounding cities. I totally recommend this place to anyone looking for quality products, great prices, and excellent service. The place is very nice the moment me and my son arrived on our motorcycle we were greeted by a couple of workers and they ask me if I was being help by someone in particular and I said a person name Jerald we were texting back and forth so they went inside and notified him that I was outside looking at the 2021 boulevard when came out he introduced himself ask me if I was Jose and responded yes Sr not Jr cause Jr was with me as a joke he started laughing that’s when I knew he had a since of humor he brought me inside offered me water and we began to talk about the boulevard gave me some good details and we began the paperwork then I had the pleasure of meeting everyone else. I recently purchased a new 450 from Deland Motorsports, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. I first connected with Oliver through a Facebook ad. He was straightforward, factual, and completely no-pressure, which I really appreciated while comparing five different dealers across North Florida and South Georgia. In the end, their price matched the lowest I found. After I told Oliver I was moving forward, Ben followed up early the next morning to coordinate everything before they even opened. At the dealership, he stepped in seamlessly and treated me like he’d been handling the deal the whole time — professional, helpful, and down to earth. Nick in finance clearly explained all options as required, but without any pressure. He paid attention to what mattered to me and focused on that. Even my brief interactions with parts and service made me feel welcome and supported. I’ll absolutely do business with them again — they’ll be my first call.

Do yourself a favor and go talk to Oliver. He is the only reason I even came back and completed my purchase. From start to finish, he was respectful, professional, and patient. He went through hoops to help me figure out what I wanted even when I wasn’t sure myself. He definitely went above and beyond, communicated clearly, and made sure to listen. My experience with management was a little disappointing. I did not feel acknowledged or valued as a customer. The manager John came across as uninterested unapproachable and difficult to work with which almost made me walk away for good altogether. The manager John the next day seemed to come around so no hard feelings, but if it wasn’t for Oliver they would have lost a deal and future deals. Oliver truly made the difference. He followed through on everything, never made me feel dismissed or pressured, and showed what real customer service and management should look like. Oliver is the reason I chose to do business with DeLand Motorsports & Outdoors. If you’re considering buying here, ask for Oliver, he’s gold and the reason I became a customer. Thank you so much to everyone I met along the way and during the tour you all were very helpful.

Looked patiently for nearly 6 months for the exact bike I wanted, low mileage (only 55 miles) Breakout in Baja Orange (only a few were produced for only the 2023 model year) for the right price and finally found it at DeLand. They must do quite a bit of internet sales as it all went smoothly. Everyone involved was very helpful and expertly prepped the bike for transport so that she started right up. They’ll be more than happy to know this bike is finally getting the use she deserves after sitting forlorn in garage queen purgatory. She’s over 8K miles and getting ready for the upcoming bike week rally season celebrations. Thank you DeLand! Highly Recommended!

Gee whiz: alright first off I called for pricing on oil change and a new chain to be put on my 2022 KTM 390 adventure. Zach called me back with a price. I contacted another location in Ocala. Well Zach said if we do a chain we have to do sprockets as well per the manufacture. I went with Zach and we ordered the parts. A week went by so I called to see if parts were in. Zach called said no but the next day Saturday he called and said everything is in. I asked for an appointment and he said be here at 9 am when we open Monday. Wow that is service folks. I came in dropped my bike and by 11:30 he called said it was ready. Zack truly I will deal with you in the future from now on. Here is the second part on Deland Motorsports. I told Zach I messed up one of the bolts on the bash plate and I replaced the ones I could with bolts with the same thread but 2 of the old ones I could not remove. David Thomas the tech did not complain about removing stripped screws. David you are amazing sir. You put in the same bolts I did and even added a couple I was missing. It is people like David and Zack that I will continue to do business with you guys. Who ever the owners are great job on finding people that care. Seriously, compensate your staff accordingly they truly care. If you want the job done right this is the place to come. Thank you very much Zack and David from the bottom Of my heart. John Young

We bought a Polaris SXS that we found listed by one of the sales employees on FB Marketplace. After we got it home, we brought it to our mechanic for a tune up and found some issues. We thought we were out the money and a safe Christmas gift for our boys but the GM called us back and made everything right. I bought an Arai helmet from them earlier this year at a very fair price. I installed a comm system and could never get the interior to fit quite right. Anyone who has tried to fit the pads in an Arai knows what a challenge it is. When I revisited the dealership on 10/18/25 I went to the parts counter looking for Pete who had made the original sale. Pete wasn't there but John O. was more than willing to help me during busy Biketoberfest. I really appreciate the excellent service I've received from Pete and John. Thanks guys!

1) I've had the experience of selling a motorcycle to this dealership. That all went well and smoothly overall. 2) I've dealt with the service department for a Kawasaki Concours - thorough work and some advice on an item I could do myself to save some money and time. 3) I just bought a GSXS-1000 GT+. The price was fair and the motorcycle was delivered without me having to do any adjustments when I got home - eg chain was adjusted properly, etc. My experience from buying a number of motorcycles over the years is something is overlooked in most cases - throttle adjustment, antifreeze level. This dealership - no problem. The salesman #Paul was great to deal with. Not like dealing with your typical salesman. I wanted the GSXS, but had other priorities before I could get back to him about finally purchasing the bike. No pressure and he dealt with me when I finally had the time. And they dealt with my trade well also. Good experiences dealing with Deland Motorsports.

I would give him a 10 out of the ratings, Ben who was the manager was very kind and friendly and worked with us to get us into our 2025 yamaha wave runnerI can’t say enough about how kind and professional all of them where they took time they answered questions. I would recommend anyone going there. That’s interested in buying any kind of motor sports. We had looked around for quite a while and found the land motorsports to be a wonderful place to visit in a great experience. They are very knowledgeable there as well.

Two weeks ago yesterday, I purchased a 2022 Kymco 125 Agility scooter from Deland Motorsports. From start to finish, from my initial request for information regarding the scooter to the time it was delivered, everyone I dealt with was extremely professional, courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable. Any and all questions I had were promptly and accurately answered- before, during, and after the sale. I never felt pressured to buy and was treated with respect throughout the entire process. I cannot stress highly enough how positive this experience was on all levels. I highly recommend Deland Motorsports for your next scooter, motorcycle, or recreational vehicle purchase. They are good people selling quality products. Regarding the scooter itself, I should preface this by stating that I have been riding for decades and have owned vintage scooters, Vespas, Hondas, Piaggios, Genuine, and other brands. This scooter is, by far, the best handling, easiest to maneuver scooter I have owned. I would note that the scooter was essentially new (160 miles on the odometer) when I bought it, so it is still in the breaking in phase and I have not fully explored its capabilities. But, it is extremely responsive and I have no doubt it will prove more than capable in all types of urban riding. I also took my wife on a long ride yesterday and it easily handled two riders. I have put over 200 miles on the scooter to this point and it has behaved flawlessly. I was very pleased with the service that was performed on my 2005 VStrom at Deland Motorsports. I haven't had a lot of full services done on my vehicle's and had every little thing taken care of. I was surprised that no items were missed in the service. Right down to the cleaning and adjusting of my chain which I have never had a service department take the time to perform before. if they take the time to do simple things like that, I know I can trust them with all of the other jobs. They have an excellent service department and excellent technicians as far as I am concerned. It was great that the technician (David) took the time to talk to me and explain what he performed, and what he found during the servicing. I am grateful. The bike is running smashing!

This was without a doubt the best dealership experience I've ever had. I was interested in the KTM SuperDukes for the last year or so and finally decided this summer I would purchase either a 1290 SDR or a 890 Duke by year's end, but would likely wait for the 2024s. While doing regular research and comparison shopping I had noticed a substantial end of model year sale from DMS that definitely had my interest. I contacted via chat bot and email about it first as I literally live two+ hours away and had no interest in traveling all that way to get some surprise inflated number once I got there. This is where immediately I knew this was likely to work out. I spoke multiple times via email with the Internet sales via Kaylee who was friendly and very accommodating. Explaining my location and need for some hard numbers before committing to the drive she was able to explain what costs I could expect and get me a solid number to expect before the trip. This alone is a stand-up move. SO many dealerships won't even consider talking numbers without being in person to flush out tire kickers it was refreshing to have someone take you seriously on your word. I'm very easily put off, something as simple as refusing to commit anything without being there is enough to make me just go to another shop. So with good info in hand I trekked out on the ~150 mile drive, arriving about 75 minutes before closing. I was quickly greeted by two friendly salesmen who introduced me to Kaylee who then handed me off to salesmen Austin. Austin was very friendly and attentive and not pushy at all. He answered questions I had honestly and if he wasn't sure of the answer he let me know instead of freestyling which was comforting too. At no point was he distracted by literally anything, never looked at his phone or did anything but work my deal and engage in conversation with interest. Austin is awesome. Deciding on the SuperDuke as expected and looking over the numbers, everything matched what Kaylee had proposed, fees to be expected were there and ones that were waived were waived as implied. Financing was a breeze and I was able to get a rate I liked with a local lender I'd dealt with before. They were able to fine tune my loan to where I wanted to be even if it took a few different tweaks. The finance officer whose name sadly escapes me was also incredibly friendly and relaxed, never pressuring me at all. Both he and Austin did not even flinch at staying a good 30-45 minutes after close to make it happen. I drove my car home so that the next day they could upgrade my tech pack with all the software goodies KTM had to offer. A day later my bike is delivered to me... 150 miles away! Ryan brought the bike and was friendly as I've come to expect from everyone associated with DMS. He kept me up to date on his departure time and when nearing arrival. Once he made it to my work he unloaded and showed me around the bike, he didn't at all seem like he'd just been in a car for two hours and it was basically quitting time and hours from home. You'd think he just showed up to work fresh from the weekend, super cheery and talkative, a great employee again. At this point, while I don't see another new bike in my immediate future of course, I can't imagine going anywhere else. The motorcycle dealers around me (at least of the types of bikes in interested in) are just so generally unpleasant I kind of forgot there are still great people out there, just sometimes you have to search them out a bit. Update from our earlier review, (see below). I brought our four wheeler in for service and Blake was terrific! He helped me decide exactly what I needed to have done. Blake gave me a quote and when I came back to pick it up, it was just what he said it would be. And it was completed earlier then promised too! As I was heading out I noticed a side-by-side that was just exactly what we’ve been needing for the farm. I stepped inside and spoke with Josh. He was very helpful explaining the difference between it and other models, and what it was capable of versus the others. Ben also helped fill in some information and I was sold. They gave me a great deal on a Kimco side-by-side and didn’t try to pressure me into buying things I didn’t need. Once again, great service, great sales, and they treated me right. Josh even put on a new hitch for me at no charge! This is why we keep coming back to DeLand Motorsports! Previous review: We just made our second purchase from DeLand Motorsports and we could not have been treated any better than we were. We were looking to trade in our older Yamaha 4-wheeler on a new one, but since they carry Suzuki and we’d had such a pleasant experience with them when we purchased our Wave Runner (Ben was our salesman and he was great!) we did our research on line to see what they had. I called DeLand Motorsports and was put in touch with Pine. He is a new salesman there but really knew what he was talking about and helped me make the right decision between models and even offered a couple of options on others. We ended up purchasing a Suzuki King Quad and are really pleased with it. From the time I first called, through the entire purchase, the staff was great. When I came down with our trade in, Pine met me at the door, got the staff to look at my trade, got the paperwork done and then Brent in Finance took several minutes to explain the options they offered for additional coverage, giving me enough time to consider what we really needed. Everyone in the place treated me with respect and made the experience easy. Their motto is “Visit DeLand Motorsports today and see how we treat customers like family.” I have to say that is exactly what they do, from Amanda the receptionist to Pine and Ben the salesmen to Brent in Finance, to Mark in service, they are just a great group of people; honest, fair and pleasant to work with. I can't recommend them highly enough.

I went there and ordered 2 small parts for my Echo chainsaw and they ordered them in for me. I was told the date when my parts would be in and left. I returned there to pick them up without calling first and my parts were there as they told me when I ordered them. Also they have a Huge showroom that is full of just about anything you want including a couple of boats too. Everyone there was cheerful and willing to help out in any way possible. I definitely recommend DeLand Motorsports if you need a motorcycle, ATV, farm tractor, weed eater etc.

When I decided to buy a new motorcycle, I found DeLand Motorsports had the model I wanted in stock. I went and checked it out. Jason answered all my questions. After sleeping on it over night, I told him I'd take one of the black Benelli's we had looked at. It was prepped and waiting for me when I arrived. They also have a wide selection of helmets, so I got one to match the bike at the same time, since you get a sizable discount with your purchase. I can't think of a better purchasing experience.

Excellent Service. I purchased a side by side and a off road bike from these guys. From sales, to financing to service, entire staff was great. They accommodated based on my needs and schedule and delivered the units right on time. I've had to go back to do some service with my unit and the service department has been more than effective. I am in my mid 70s and spent my business life working on the premise that your goal was to satisfy as many people as much as you can. Knowing your product is important, but knowing how it will fill a need is more important. The only thing you really have to sell is TRUST and VALUE. In the course of buying my bike I dealt with the Sales Rep, his Manager, the F&I Manager, and the gentleman that delivered my bike.
